Village Christmas Market 2026 Vendor Application

We are thrilled to announce that the Christmas market experience is returning to the Wauwatosa Village this holiday season!

APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY AUGUST 21. We are sold out for Food & Beverage vendors. ONLY use this application if you are applying as a Marketplace vendor.

What we are looking for:
This is a small, highly-curated market. We're seeking vendors who fit the European Christmas Market aesthetic and complement the charm of our historic Village. Think unique, handcrafted, beautiful, and giftable finds that you would expect to discover while strolling through a traditional European Christmas Market. We're also looking to compliment what our brick-and-mortar retailers offer, not compete with them. We're especially interested in vendors offering:
• Christmas ornaments & decorations
• Handcrafted & artisan goods
• European-inspired gifts
• Specialty holiday treats
• Unique handmade products
• One-of-a-kind gifts and treasures
• Festive & traditional Christmas merchandise

Details:
We will be closing down Harwood Avenue in the Village between State Street and Wauwatosa Avenue for a 5-day market experience. Beer and wine will be served in a large tent in Root Common at the intersection of Harwood and Wauwatosa, and there will be live music on the Root Common stage. Vendors will be placed along Harwood Avenue in white tents decorated for Christmas (see photo). We will provide the tents, decorations, heat, and lighting.

Santa will appear at the Market every day of operation. The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train also typically arrives in the Village during the first week of December, which would coincide with the Market—we will know the Holiday Train schedule in October.

Event hours:
Wednesday, December 2, 4-9 pm (Village Tree Lighting will take place at 5 pm)
Thursday, December 3, 4-9 pm (Tosa Cookie Trail event will take place from 4-7 pm)
Friday, December 4, noon-10 pm (Ugly Sweater day with contest in the beer tent)
Saturday, December 5, 10 am-10 pm (Hot Cocoa with Santa for families 12-3pm; Aprés Ski theme throughout the day/night)
Sunday, December 6, noon-8 pm

Fee:
• If accepted, vendor fee is $1,000 per 10x10 space, due within 7 days of your acceptance to vend.
• Fee includes event-provided tent, Christmas decorations, lighting, and heat
• There is a $10 fee to apply. This is a non-refundable application fee, due today.

How to apply:
1. Fill out the form below.
2. When the form is complete, click the "Add to Cart" button. 
3. Complete the check-out process to pay the $10 application fee and submit your application. We will not receive your application until you answer all of the required application questions and complete the check-out process.
4. Acceptances will be sent via email by August 30.
