We’re teaming up for a special VIP food and wine experience featuring five Paloma small plates, each paired with wine from The Ruby Tap. Enjoy a delicious lineup of bites, perfectly matched pours, and a reserved VIP seat to take in the Andrew Gelles Band during the festival.
Guests will enjoy five small plates:
• Cheesy-Chicken Enchilada Soup topped with green chilies, fresh salsa and cilantro, served with a side of house-made tortilla chips.
• Hot Chips: Tortilla chips tossed in homemade serrano crema, radish sticks, diced onion, cotija cheese, roasted and seasoned corn, cilantro and micro radish sprouts.
• Tuna Tostada: A crunchy tostada smeared with fresh guacamole, thinly sliced and seared ahi tuna, serrano-ranch, pineapple, queso fresco, fresh jalapeno, pickled red onion, cilantro and fresh micro sprouts.
• Paloma Enchilada with roasted poblano and onion: Corn tortilla with homemade enchilada sauce and stuffed with chihuahua cheese, onion and roasted poblano peppers, topped with cilantro and original crema.
• A warm triple chocolate brownie, drizzled with chocolate, topped with salted caramel gelato sprinkled with black volcano sea salt.
