TosaFest 2026 Marketplace Vendor Application
Apply to be a Marketplace vendor at TosaFest 2026—our 50th anniversary year! TosaFest features live music on 3 stages, 5 beer gardens, KidsFest, Food Court, Vendor Market, unique TosaFest Experiences, Oktoberfest with Draft & Vessel, and more!
APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY APRIL 1.
Event hours:
Friday, September 11, 5 pm - 11 pm
Saturday, September 12, 11 am - 11 pm
Fee:
• If accepted, vendor fees are $200 per 10x10 space.
• Fee for Village BID members and non-profit organizations is $150 per 10x10 space.
• It is free to apply, but you need to go through the check-out process to submit your application.
How to apply:
1. Fill out the form below.
2. When the form is complete, click the "Add to Cart" button.
3. Complete the check-out process by clicking "Complete order" to submit your application. You will not be charged a fee, but you must complete the order or we will not receive your application.
4. Acceptances will be sent via email by April 1.
