HartFest 2026 Food and Beverage Vendor Application

Apply to be a Food and Beverage vendor at HartFest 2026—our 30th anniversary year!  HartFest features BBQ and some of the region’s best live music acts. It's one of Wauwatosa’s signature events and Milwaukee's favorite way to unofficially kick off summer!

APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY MARCH 20.

Event hours:
Friday, June 12, 5 pm - 10 pm
Saturday, June 13, 11 am - 10 pm

Fees:
• $20 non-refundable application processing fee
• If accepted, vendor fees are 20% of gross sales on beverages and 10% of gross sales on food, paid by 11 pm each day of the event
• A non-refundable $300 deposit is required upon acceptance in order to reserve your space. The deposit will be applied toward your balance due on the first day of the event.

How to apply:
1. Fill out the form below.
2. When the form is complete, click the "Add to Cart" button. 
3. Complete the check-out process to pay the Application Fee and submit your application. You must pay the fee and finish checking out to be considered for the event.
4. Acceptances will be sent via email by April 1.
