TosaFest 2026 Food and Beverage Vendor Application

Apply to be a Food and Beverage vendor at TosaFest 2026—our 50th anniversary year!  TosaFest features live music on 3 stages, 5 beer gardens, KidsFest, Food Court, Vendor Market, unique TosaFest Experiences, Oktoberfest with Draft & Vessel, and more!

APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY APRIL 1.

Event hours:
Friday, September 11, 5 pm - 11 pm
Saturday, September 12, 11 am - 11 pm

Fee:
• If accepted, vendor fees are $300, plus 20% of gross sales on beverages and 10% of gross sales on food, paid by 11 pm each day of the event ($250 plus commissions for Village BID members.)
• It is free to apply, but you need to go through the check-out process to submit your application.

How to apply:
1. Fill out the form below.
2. When the form is complete, click the "Add to Cart" button. 
3. Complete the check-out process to submit your application—you will not be charged a fee, but you must complete the checkout process or we will not receive your application.
4. Acceptances will be sent via email by April 1.
